| Users will be billed on an upfront quarterly or annual basis for
BizNET and monthly basis for HomeNET. Billings will be issued by
TIME dotNet Berhad. |

send mail? |
 |
| Yes, you can. All you need to do is to change your smtp relay
address (outgoing mail) to smtp.time.net.my |

How do I check for service availability in my building? |
 |
You can check the service availability in your area by calling
our state- of- the- art Customer Service Centre at 1 800 381 322

How can I sign up and get connected? |
 |
- First, please check for the service availability in your area at http://www.time.com.my.
- Call our Customer Service Centre at 1800 381 322 and our Account Managers will contact you.
- Upon verification of the application form, our appointed technician
will arrange for an installation date.
- All wiring from the telephone riser (DB) to the office/apartment
unit and all internal wiring will be prepared by the subscriber
unless there are existing unutilised copper wires.
- On the installation day, our technician will commence the necessary
installation works.
- To connect to a single PC, plug the RJ45 cable into existing
10/100BaseT network card. (Subscriber to supply own network card)
- To connect to multiple PCs in a LAN environment, plug the RJ45
cable (network cable) into 10/100BaseT network switch/hub that
will then connect to a NAT/PAT/Proxy device (gateway). (Customer
to supply own hubs/switches/ PAT/Proxy/NAT devices)
- Finally, configure
the network devices and PCs, following the IP configuration

What is provided by TIME on the day of installation? |
 |
On the day of installation, you will be provided with:-
- One DSL modem - rental of modem free of charge*
- One Network Interface Card (only applicable to HomeNET subscribers)
* no cabling provided. CPE will be maintained & owned by provider.
Further to the above, the subscriber would need to bear all cost for any extra
requirements and this is based on availability of stock. |
